Monetizing opportunities Because of our international exposure we constantly come in touch with interesting arbitrage and trading opportunities in commodities, goods, energy and financial instruments. The network of relationships that the principals of the firm have developed, over the past twenty years, allows us to take advantage of these opportunities by monetizing or intermediating assets. Our relationships span from banks, financial intermediaries to institutional investors to governments. We abide by a very limited risk profile. We adhere to an investment policy of opportunistic nature and abide by a very limited risk profile. In the course of our financial dealings we apply strict ethical and moral standards in compliance with the rules and regulations which govern the US and the host countries' financial industry, therefore our trading and broking activities are exclusively of a proprietary nature. In order to avoid potential conflicts of interest we do not trade nor broker opportunities where we have been retained to act as a development advisor. |
