MPI's team has a particular area of competency in real estate, having invested and worked in that sector for over 25 years. Our principals' background in financing an array of asset classes prompts us to be highly disciplined in MPI's investment choices. The firm's area of focus is Arizona and California. While MPI has invested in land and commercial properties since 2005, the bulk of its real estate investments has been residential properties for the rental market. Since 2011, we have taken pride in providing very nice homes to individuals and families. We purchase homes through the public market, auctions, and private sales. We then rehabilitate those homes to a higher standard than their comparables and rent them out. As a result of our standards and marketing expertise, MPI's homes rent quickly and command premium rents. MPI is currently operating in the hottest real estate markets in the country and its homes stay significantly below the average days on the market and outperform the average rental price per square foot.
