Investing in a Positive Social Impact that is Diverse, Non-political, and Non-partisan Maitland Primrose Group and its employees are committed to making a positive difference in society. Through Moving Pictures, we worked closely with charities, providing cash donations from celebrity auctions featured at our events, and providing support through advertising and editorial coverage of worthwhile causes such as those of the K11 Project, ASPCA, American Red Cross, Amnesty International, Kids First!, PARSA Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Support for Afghanistan, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Earth Share and Sky Ranch for Boys from 2004 through mid-2011. We worked closely with PARSA Afghanistan from 2009 to 2012 providing business skills, entrepreneurial interaction, global awareness, fund raising assistance and contributions to promote continued growth for this outstanding organization, which caters for Afghan widows and orphans. Our senior management actively volunteered its time in serving on the board of directors of this non-government organization. In 2006, we began supporting The Coalition for Quality Children’s Media and Kids’First! through Moving Pictures and our senior management continues to actively volunteer time in support of this important charity to this day. Starting in 2013, because of one of our senior executive’s service in the U.S. Armed Forces, we are now working with organizations assisting homeless veterans. |
