On behalf of ICAP North America and under the supervision of ICAP Media Markets, the Maitland Primrose Group directs and manages:

Moving Pictures Film and Television and Moving Pictures Magazine. As an international voice for independent media, the Moving Pictures brands are considered a purveyor of good taste — whether through the printed publishing, on-line content, filmed interviews, a product we sell, or a movie we distribute. We seriously consider the social impact of every form of media content we produce or sell on behalf of ICAP North America.

Maitland Primrose Group took the successfully restructured and newly built infrastructure put into place for Moving Pictures magazine in 2005 and launched additional media products in January 2006.

Our combined marketing assets provide a far stronger promotional force than traditional independent films receive. We, therefore, provide the solution to the obstacle that most independent films hit. This strength enables us to keep our advertising budget down.

The Company's distribution model utilizing new media and digital cinemas takes the "P" out of the P & A of a film's theatrical budget, which has been the largest barrier to entry to date for movies distributors.

Our partnership with ICAP, the world’s largest financial inter-dealer broker, provides an innovative and fully integrated “filmed content brokerage” enterprise.
